Welcome!

Hello everyone and welcome to

AIESEC Torino's blog!

For those who still don't know, AIESEC is the largest international organization managed entirely by university students and has been working for more than 60 years for international mobility with the aim to develop potential of young people and have a positive impact on society.
The society we really want, one in which we can portray our future, is the one we have already started building. Every decision we make every minute of the day is making it.

AIESEC allows to the 50,000 members from over 100 countries in the world to have the opportunity to go abroad for international internships (through the Exchange Program) and, at the same time,to develop their leadership by offering participation in projects with local issues globally significant (ecology, entrepreneurship, intercultural education are only some examples) and, at the end, learn to be responsible citizens of the world.

Why a person should go abroad for an internship? What is the added value this choice can offer you? This is for sure something that is increasingly valued by companies, having an experience abroad allows to develop the ability to adapt not only to a working environment, but also to the reality of a different country. It is therefore a way to develop one's autonomy in a different context from the one  to which you are accustomed to - the so-called "comfort zone" -, shouldn't you practice and increase your linguistic skills? Build your network with professional contacts and personal ones, in an international canvas.

This blog is a space for those who have had this experience and want to share it to let others know what they can live by making a simple decision.
